Batman Logos comic by amymethvenart Batman Logos comic by amymethvenart
The logos of the Batman movies.

So, the logo on the left is the Batman Logo of the Tim Burton and Jerry Schumacher movies, it also represents the BTAS series I guess, since the logo was pretty much the same. The logo on the right represents the Chris Nolan movie franchise.

And...the logo in the final panel represents the Adam West Batman movie.

Now I love anything to do with Batman. I do find myself having discussions on which movie series is better though. So, it got me thinking; what would the Logos talk about? Just a bit of sillyness because people seem to forget or not include the Adam West Movie and tv series when talking about Batman. Weird, eh?

Also I LOVE how the nolan logo is terrified of the Adam West Logo. And with good reason... lol. It's like being embarrassed by an older relative or something.

Lol funneh, but the Batnerd in me has to point out that in a way both the nolan and the Burton Bats were used in the BTAS/TNBA while the Adam West logo is now more The Batman and BatB

....no I'm not. I get that these are the movie logos. I am just talking about the ironies that the first two logos, if applied to the cartoons, would have nothing to get angry at each other about yet would still be fearful at the Adam West one. I get it. They are having a discussion about which is better: The comic book adaptation that claims seniority, nostalgia, and nearly killed superhero movies in general for that era, or the tumbler-driving, explosion fest that is the real-world based nolan movies that revived the Dark Knight on this silver screen. But when the Adam West logo comes out reminding them that it was the "first" live-action Batman movie, they both feel hints of animosity and fear to the campy 60s version that type-casted not only Batman but Adam for years. Neither logo wants to be associated with that (Though it is referenced earlier that the Schumacher film DID sort of regress back to Adam West).

And now that I have had to explain the joke (both mine and yours) in an effort to show that I understood the joke just fine and was adding to it... this is no longer funny -_____-

You're reading too much into this. It is specifically me being fed up of having discussions about which Batman Movie series is better, and how people always forget or ignore the Adam West movie. That's it. Simple.

Yeah, and I got that. Like I said, I was just applying the same thing but to the cartoons.
